POOLED FUNDS
We offer a series of both direct open and closed-end funds that invest on targetted regions. These range from core to value-add and include general diversified funds as well as sector and market-specific vehicles. Our product range demonstrates our ability to identify opportunities and execute strategies within our chosen markets on behalf of investors. In line with our investment philosophy, the majority of our funds have a strong income-focused element.
SEPARATE ACCOUNTS & ASSET MANAGEMENT
We have been managing assets in separate account formats for a variety of clients for years. Our approach to these relationships is customized in an effort to meet or exceed each client’s needs and objectives. Outcome may vary depending on a client’s return and risk objectives, in addition to the strategy and region in which it’s executed.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
We co-invest alongside with partners, acting as promoted asset manager.
We seek significant capital appreciation through the acquisition in real estate funds and assets, focusing on high-quality portfolios in major commercial real estate markets and gateway cities, while capitalizing on the relatively fragmented competitive environment for real estate secondaries. We also opportunistically make secondary direct investments alongside proven sponsors, inject capital into select general-partner-led transactions, assess fund recapitalization opportunities and evaluate direct co-investments in real estate assets.
